Eclectic Copper + Blush Wedding with Dreamy Florals

Happy new year! To start the decade off right, we are featuring a SUPER special wedding that we’ve been just itching to share with you all!

High school sweethearts Courtney and Reese grew up right here in Littleton. When it came time to say ‘I do’, the couple wanted to host the special day in their hometown.

“The Manor house was the perfect location for our wedding,” Courtney says. “We wanted a venue that was classic and timeless, but also captured the Colorado mountain scenery.”

The couple enlisted the help of local wedding planner Kara Delay of Love This Day Events to design and execute the event. As you’ll soon see, Kara’s superpower is planning unforgettable weddings. Seriously, she’s SO good!!

“We really wanted our wedding to be personal,” says Courtney. “We went the extra mile to pay attention to small details to make our guests feel special, and make the day memorable and unique.”

Along with a beautifully illustrated program, the couple placed a ‘happy tears’ tissue box on each ceremony chair. Later in the evening, guests were treated to an ice cream truck, six unique wedding cakes and soft pretzels for a midnight snack.

Speaking of details, can we take a moment to talk about this floral design?! Courtney describes her vision for the flowers as a “combination of Colorado wildflowers and classic bridal elements.” To achieve this eclectic look, The Perfect Petal mixed classic flowers like roses and Cafe au Lait Dahlias with unexpected elements like dried bleached ruscus and King Protea. For that plucked-from-the-meadow look, the team incorporated ornamental grasses including pampas grass and white bunny tails. We are COMPLETELY obsessed!

We know you’re going to enjoy digging into this one as much as we have!

Congrats to Courtney and Reese and a special thanks to the talented professionals below who made it all possible!

“Tara LaTour was having a trunk show at anna bé the day I found my dress,” says Courtney. “She was so sweet and helped me choose my jewelry and gave me the idea of adding buttons down the back of my dress!”

“Our favorite part of the day was that we were able to spend time with our family and friends, and our people were not stressing about executing the details,” Courtney tells us. “Thanks to our wonderful wedding planner, Kara Delay, and the Manor House staff, our family and friends did not have to worry about making sure everything went according to plan. Everything was executed flawlessly!”
